Customer Returns

How are customer returns handled by your system if I sell via Amazon, eBay or Play.com or our own website?

Customer returns are an essential part of online retailing. We have procedures in place to handle any return that you may face.

Your company policy relating to returns and how you communicate it is up to you. If you would like Cloud Fulfilment to handle returns, then we are set-up to handle that. If however, you would like returns to be shipped to yourselves then you will need to communicate that on your website or within your channel descriptions.

Charges for unopened products that are suitable for immediate restocking attract very low costs. However, those packages that have been opened and cannot be restocked as they are will need to be discussed with ourselves. We can then talk you through the process and your available options.

Our aim is to facilitate this aspect of your operations as quickly, efficiently as possible as we understand how much of a distraction returns can be.
