Shopify is one of the most popular ecommerce shopping carts. One of the main reasons for this is the level of customisation that you have at your fingertips. You can add any number of apps which gives you the opportunity to add new features to your store to either help improve your efficiency, reduce order administration time, make your webstore look better or help improve your marketing. One of the great features that is often overlooked is the ability to fulfil your orders automatically – in effect you can completely outsource the fulfilment of orders from the moment they’re made on your website.
To set this up on your Shopify store, the process is simple.
Navigate to Settings > Shipping and scroll to the bottom of the page and add a new custom service. Add in the name of the service, for clarity we suggest Cloud Fulfilment and your email address.
