Your data is encrypted both during transmission over the internet and at rest (while stored on our servers or databases).

We take great care to ensure strict and robust processes and controls are in place to safeguard your Personal Data.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

All systems provided by our cloud services providers are located within the UK or EEA.

Couriers We may disclose your personal data to courier providers in order to create shipping labels to ship your orders to your customers. We work with: Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, Evri, The Delivery Group, Coll-8, Steve Porter Logistics and Norsk Global.

Data Analytics Providers We utilise tools such as Google Analytics to model traffic and behaviour on our public website.

Cloud Services Providers Our systems are hosted by third-party cloud services providers. Your Personal Data will be transmitted and stored on systems controlled by those third-parties. Your data is encrypted both during transmission over the internet and at rest.

International Transfer of your Data Some business processes may require that your data be transmitted or stored in countries outside of the UK or EEA, for example where our service to you requires delivery to somewhere outside of the EEA and we engage international third party suppliers to fulfil that service to you.
