Can I exclude any couriers or express a preference for a courier to fulfil our orders?

All retailers have their preferences when it comes to shipping their orders. You might have a certain carrier that you’d like to continue to use or there might be a particular courier or parcel delivery company you don’t want to use. That’s fine because we fully understand that every online retailer has differing requirements. Within the settings section of your dashboard you’ll have the flexibility to select which couriers you’d like to ship your orders.

Depending on the item we are despatching for you, some couriers will be more cost-effective than others. We will switch between your chosen couriers ensuring you get the best value for money, while meeting the service level chosen by the customer.
