Your company policy relating to returns and how you communicate it is up to you. If you would like Cloud Fulfilment to handle returns, then we are set-up to do it. However, if you would like returns to be shipped to yourselves, then you will need to communicate that on your website or within your channel descriptions.
We can then talk you through the process and your available options.
Our aim is to facilitate this aspect of your operations quickly and efficiently, so the customer can be refunded or have a replacement sent as quickly as possible, and resalable products are put back into stock.
